How do we do it? We sell only new, first rate quality pet grooming products at The Groomer's Mall. We do not provide sharpening services or product repair so there is never a conflict of interest as to how we handle a warranty repair. We want our customers to take full advantage of the warranties purchased with their equipment and that especially relates to the Heritage Lifetime Sharpening Guarantee! We don't use gimmicks or slight of hand. We have almost 100% of our items in stock at all times and we try to keep our prices the lowest in the industry on all items, all of the time. Customer Satisfaction We give a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on clippers and scissors and thinners. All other products must be new and untested to receive full purchase price credit. If you have purchased a product that is performing as intended but is not working for your needs, please contact us and we will discuss a credit that may be used toward your future purchases at The Groomer's Mall. Shipping charges can not be credited. All sales over 30 days are final |
| Warranty
Information All of our products are warranted against manufacturer's defects (see Manufacturer's warranty information contained with products). Determination of "defect" will be decided by The Groomer's Mall and/or the manufacturer. |
| Returns All returns must include a return authorization number. Please contact us within 30 days for warranty or satisfaction returns, to be sent prepaid to: The Groomer's Mall P. O. Box 1706 Midlothian, VA 23113 1-800-537-7361 After 30 days, warranted repair items will usually have to be returned to the manufacturer (see warranty information contained in or on most products). Notice: We will not give refunds on items that are damaged in shipping when returned. Please obtain adequate shipping insurance with returned items. |
| Refunds Refunds for credit card purchases will only be credited to the originally charged card. Cash or check purchases will be refunded by company check. Shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases of defective merchandise, then only the original shipping charges will apply. |
